The on-site Valet Manager for the dealership constantly upholds these objectives.

Delivery Coordinators

Automotive Hospitality of America's delivery coordinators are dedicated to providing clients with exceptional service when it comes to smoothly synchronizing the purchase of a new vehicle or the refinement and refurbishment of any vehicle. When the vehicle is being serviced, our personnel track the process in real-time, keeping clients informed of progress and getting their approval for services and expenditures every step of the way.

Shuttle Drivers

Our knowledgeable shuttle drivers transport clients in an expeditious and comfortable manner. They play a vital role in transferring clients as safely, comfortably and efficiently as possible. Our elite drivers will likewise facilitate helpful, informative, and courteous conversation with clients and guests.

Receptionists

AHA's receptionists represent the company in the image that the company has developed through sales and advertising. Greeters

Automotive Hospitality of America's white-glove greeters promote our clients by giving guests a memorably pleasant first impression. Greeters welcome guests and provide them with helpful information such as hours of operation, a menu of dealership services, all the while making them feel comfortable to engage in a sale at the dealership. AHA's greeters also go one-step further by keeping the dealership clean and orderly while displaying an approachable disposition. Auto Wash/Detail Services

Each vehicle receives the Automotive Hospitality of America's "Five-Star Treatment™" when it comes to auto washes and detail services. This includes a pre-wash for bugs and saltwater, underbody rinse, wheel cleaning, triple foam polish, tire shine, clear coat sealant, rain guard, and a quality hand-finish dry. White-glove personnel will likewise treat with care the dash, console, and door panels. Our car detailing service personnel use special tools to clean vehicles tarnished by dirt and road grime, both inside and out. In addition to having a very clean car, the process of car detailing will also help keep the vehicle in excellent condition and retain more resale value.
